Jagged Edge Show...

"An hour to get my car outside from the valet parking, I had to wait for, to end a bad event. The sound was terrible at the Howard; however, it is clear these young men can sing. The show started an hour and a half late, which is a total disrespect for the fans' time. The seating at the Howard was very uncomfortable, adding to frustration of the late start. Jon B opened and he was fantastic, and to seat people where they wanted them, the attendants at the Howard say the seating is first come, first serve. Very disappointed everything else after that was bad."
